Rent Pop’s for Your Next Event!

We offer private and public rentals for birthday parties, events, private viewins, presentations, and more! Please reach out to us at contact@popsarttheater.com for a rate sheet and provide a date range and if the event will be public or private. 

Rental Rates

All base rates include 3hrs of rental time. 2hrs for the event with 30 mins for access to set up and 30 mins for tear-down. Please do not arrive earlier. Rates will be quoted based on the below factors: number of people, time of day, day of week, and type of event/host. Please try to address as many of these topic when inquiring for an accurate quote. It is best to have a date in mind when inquiring. 

All groups will receive a contract and must pay a 50% deposit. A final invoice will be sent after the event and is due within 14 days of the event. Any rental with Pop’s includes the use of any of the following depending on your needs. Additionally, all events will be provided one or more on-site staff person.

• 90 seat auditorium
• Lobby with couch, chairs, TV, and arcade games
• 2 wireless microphones
• Projection for any of your needs — We can screen DCPs, blu-ray, DVD, digital files, streaming, or slideshows. No adult films allowed.
• Ability to select music from streaming for during your event
• Bar stools
• 2 Spotlights
• 1 six foot table with black table cloth
• Space for flyers, handouts, or small displays
